Prior to joining Pivotal International, Marian served as a Director at White Young Green Ltd, where she led the firm’s Project Management, Building Surveying, and Health & Safety departments. In this capacity, she was instrumental in shaping the operational structure of the practice, overseeing major development projects, and ensuring the successful integration of safety, cost, and quality standards into each project lifecycle. Her leadership was key to the delivery of high-value, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse markets.

Marian is also highly proficient in Primavera project planning software and is experienced in the use of advanced risk management tools such as Monte Carlo simulation, Pert Master, and @Risk, enabling her to assess potential project uncertainties and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
