Ian Fewer is a founding director of Pivotal International and a chartered member of both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI). With over two decades of experience in the architecture and construction industries, Ian has built a reputation for design excellence, strategic thinking, and delivering high-impact, commercially successful developments across international markets.

As CEO of Pivotal International, Ian plays a central role in driving the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and client engagement. Ian has overseen the delivery of major developments across the UK, Ireland, Poland, Spain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, spanning sectors such as residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, healthcare and master planning. His deep understanding of international markets and local regulatory environments enables him to lead complex, cross-border projects with agility and confidence.
