Denis is a highly respected Director of Quantity Surveying and co-founder of Pivotal International, bringing over 20 years of professional experience to the forefront of cost consultancy and project delivery. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Denis is widely regarded for his expertise in delivering commercially sound, client-focused solutions across a broad range of sectors.
Before establishing Pivotal International, Denis held a senior leadership position as Director within a large multidisciplinary public limited company, where he played a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of the quantity surveying function within the Irish market. His leadership helped shape major infrastructure and building projects, delivering significant value to both public and private sector clients.
Denis’s professional journey has seen him work across Ireland and Australia, providing him with a broad international perspective and a deep understanding of diverse construction practices, regulatory environments and procurement models. With a portfolio that spans education, healthcare, residential, commercial, civic infrastructure and social housing, Denis has worked with an impressive array of clients including the Office of Public Works, Department of Education & Skills, Dublin City Council, Property Management Providers, Medical Groups and Approved Housing Bodies.
