As a key member of the executive leadership team, Ben leads all aspects of development strategy, statutory planning and stakeholder engagement. He works across disciplines of integrating planning, architecture and engineering to ensure projects are both visionary in scope and achievable in delivery. His ability to navigate regulatory frameworks, balance competing interests, and align planning objectives with commercial realities has made him a trusted advisor to clients, local authorities, and development partners.

Throughout his career, Ben has worked on a wide range of master planning, urban regeneration, mixed-use, residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. His expertise includes site feasibility, land use strategy, policy interpretation, development management and placemaking – often guiding projects from pre-acquisition through to successful planning approvals and delivery.
