Pivotal International – Riyadh Office Opening

Pivotal International marked a milestone in its journey in Saudi Arabia on Thursday, 1st May 2025, at the Embassy of Ireland, Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh. After 15 years in the Kingdom, Pivotal International is now fully registered in Saudi Arabia.

We would like to thank Ambassador Gerry Cunningham for his welcoming words, for opening up his home so graciously, and to Harriet Sexton Morel, Deputy Head of Mission, for her continued assistance. We would like to especially thank Enterprise Ireland and Enterprise Ireland MENA for their continued support, especially Hani Belbaisi and his predecessor, Daniel Cunningham, who was with us from day one.  We are most grateful to everyone who joined our celebration.

Over the past 15 years, Pivotal International has firmly established itself as a trusted partner in Saudi Arabia, providing comprehensive multi-disciplinary design services, design management services and project management services for a wide range of clients and visionary developments.

Ian Fewer, the Pivotal International CEO, shared his thoughts about the Pivotal Journey in Saudi Arabia so far and the amazing projects and inspirational clients that we had the pleasure of working with, such as KAEC, Neom, Osool and Soudah Development.

We have seen Saudi Arabia transform over the past 15 years. We hope we have played a small part in that transformation and will continue to do so in the next stage of our journey.
