The Gateway 14 project is a mixed-use landmark development with residential, commercial and hospitality functions in Warsaw, Poland. The project consists of a 200-bed 5-star hotel & conference facility with a generous 50,000 sq.m of office space, 220 apartments and 50,000 sq.m of retail and a transport interchange. The two signature 60-storey towers, located on either side of the motorway, form a new gateway to the city.
