Our Core Design Management Services
1. Design Management
We oversee all aspects of the design process across architectural, engineering, infrastructure and specialist disciplines. Our role includes setting project-wide design frameworks, managing consultant scopes, coordinating technical outputs and aligning with planning authorities to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
2. Competition Management
We manage local and international design competitions, from RFP and design brief development to jury co-ordination and technical evaluation. Our team ensures the competition process is fair, efficient and aligned with the strategic goals of our client – attracting globally renowned design talent to shape landmark projects.
3. Project Management Office (PMO)
Our in-house PMO functions as the centralised command centre for portfolio-wide consistency. We implement best-practice governance, KPIs, reporting systems and workflow protocols to support strategic oversight, risk mitigation and seamless project execution.
4. Technical Peer Review
We provide independent, cross-disciplinary design reviews at key project stages to safeguard quality and minimise risk. Our technical experts assess co-ordination, compliance, constructibility and design integrity — ensuring projects are future-proof, buildable and aligned with both vision and regulations.
5. Cost Management & Value Engineering
